Rental procedure

1. WhatsApp us at 9155 7142 the delivery address and preferred delivery date ( please advise whether air mattress required and any stairs involved - see below )
2. We will check and confirm soonest.
3. Paynow / bank transfer to us and send screenshot.
4. Bed will be delivered on the confirmed date.

Rates

• Refundable deposit : $200
• Rental for 1 month or part thereof; min. 1 month : $180
• Transportation charges(2 way: delivery and collection) : $180 
• Total : $560
• (For lift landing level and no staircase.)
• (For staircases, additional carrying fees might apply. Please WhatsApp us a video from bottom to top)

Lead time

Air mattresses

• 2" air mattress - Suitable for users without bedsores;  For bedsore prevention.
• 4" air mattress - For users with up to stage 2 bedsores; For treatment and prevention  

Rent

• 4" air mattress : $120 / mth (or part thereof)
• Free delivery and waiver of deposit if rented with bed
• If otherwise, delivery is $80; refundable deposit is $100 

Purchase 

• 2" air mattress : $190 - one time cost
• 4" air mattress : $377 - one time cost
• Free delivery 1 to 4 working days

Rental extension

Please inform us via WhatsApp/SMS/Call 3 working days before due date and make payment via PayNow

Arranging for return

If no extension is required, please inform us at least 3 working days before due date to arrange for collection. (Late fees might apply for overdue rental)

Refund of deposit

The deposit will be refunded via PayNow to the original mobile number on the 10th working day (or earlier) after the return of the bed.

Rental procedure

1. Choose type of wheelchair from below and WhatsApp us at 9155 7142 to check on availability. Please advise address and preferred date if delivery is required.
2. We will check and confirm soonest.
3. Paynow / bank transfer to us and send screenshot.
4. Wheelchair will be delivered on the confirmed date.

Types of rental chairs

• Lightweight foldable Wheelchairs
• Big rear wheels for users to self propel

• Lightweight foldable Pushchairs
• Lighter and more compact chairs with smaller rear wheels. Suitable for carers to push users

• Lightweight Elevating orthopedic wheelchairs
• For users who need to keep leg elevated in a horizontal position

• Delivery and collection transportation are available at $50 (2 ways) with a lead time of 3 working days.
• Same working weekday delivery is also possible with $60 delivery fee ( 1 way; confirm before 1pm )
• Rental chairs consist of different models and there are no pictures of each model. The best available unit will always be allocated first.
• Chairs are assigned on a first-rent-first-allocate, and advance booking or reservations are not available.
• Rental rates are reset upon the due date and any continuation will be considered as a new rental with rates according to the table.

  Please inform us via WhatsApp/SMS/Call 3 working days before due date and make payment via PayNow
• Arranging for return
  Please inform us at least 3 working days before due date to arrange for collection. (Late fees might apply for overdue rental)
• Refund of deposit
  The deposit will be refunded via cash if the customer returns the chair directly to our premises. For returns via collection transportation, the refund will be via PayNow to the original mobile number on the 10th working day (or earlier) after the return of the chair.
