RENTAL PROCEDURE

1. WhatsApp/call 9155 7142 with delivery address and preferred date. Advise if an air mattress is required and whether there are stairs.
2. We will check availability and confirm.
3. PayNow/bank transfer and WhatsApp us the payment screenshot.
4. Bed will be delivered on the confirmed date.

Refundable deposit: $200
1 month rental or part thereof (min. 1 month): $180
Delivery + collection (2 ways): $180
Total initial payment: $560

Rates above apply to lift-landing level without stairs. Additional carrying fees may apply for stairs. Please WhatsApp us a video showing the staircase from bottom to top.

AIR MATTRESSES

2" air mattress – For users without bedsores; suitable for bedsore prevention.

4" air mattress – For users with up to Stage 2 bedsores; suitable for treatment and prevention.

Rental
4" air mattress: $120/month or part thereof

Free delivery and deposit waived when rented together with hospital bed. Otherwise, delivery is $80 and refundable deposit is $100.

RENTAL EXTENSION / RETURN

For extension, WhatsApp/SMS/call us at least 3 working days before the due date and make payment via PayNow.

If returning, inform us at least 3 working days before the due date to arrange collection. Late fees may apply for overdue rentals.

Deposit will be refunded via PayNow to the original mobile number by the 10th working day (or earlier) after return.

WHEELCHAIR RENTAL

Procedure

1. Choose a wheelchair type below and WhatsApp 9155 7142 to check availability. Provide address and preferred date if delivery is required.
2. We will confirm availability.
3. PayNow/bank transfer and send payment screenshot.
4. Delivery will be arranged if required.

TYPES OF RENTAL WHEELCHAIRS

Lightweight Foldable Wheelchairs (10–13kg)
Big rear wheels allow users to self-propel.

1 week: $20
2 weeks: $40
3 weeks: $50
4 weeks: $60
Delivery + collection: $50
Refundable deposit: $50

Lightweight Foldable Pushchairs (10–13kg)
Smaller rear wheels; lighter and more compact for caregivers to push.

Rates same as lightweight foldable wheelchairs above.

Elevating / Child Wheelchairs
Suitable for users who need to keep a leg elevated horizontally.

1 week: $40
2 weeks: $45
3 weeks: $50
4 weeks: $70
Delivery + collection: $50
Refundable deposit: $100

Delivery + collection is available at $50 (2 ways) with approximately 3 working days' lead time.

Same working weekday delivery may be available at $60 one way if confirmed before 1pm.

Rental chairs comprise different models; individual model pictures are unavailable. The best available suitable unit will be allocated first.

Chairs are allocated on a first-rent-first-allocate basis; advance reservations are unavailable.

Rental rates reset upon the due date. Any continuation is treated as a new rental according to the applicable rates above.

EXTENSION / RETURN / DEPOSIT

For extensions or returns, inform us at least 3 working days before the due date.

For wheelchairs returned directly to our premises, deposit may be refunded in cash. For collection returns, refund will be via PayNow to the original mobile number by the 10th working day (or earlier).
