Delivery FAQs
How much is your delivery?
Local delivery is free for purchases of $200 and above, and $9 or $25 for purchases below $200, unless otherwise indicated at checkout page.
Are there any areas that delivery is unavailable?
We do not deliver to restricted areas like army camps and any offshore islands, except Sentosa (additional $30 surcharge). Changi Airport and Tuas are also unavailable.
When will my order be delivered?
We strive to deliver your order within 1 to 4 working days, after the day of your order. Your order will reach you between 10am to 5pm on weekdays (excluding Public Holidays).
Can I choose a specific time or time range?
As deliveries are dependant on traffic conditions, routes, and weather, choosing is unavailable.
What if I need the item to be carried up any staircase / to 2nd storey?
Please whatsapp us a video of the staircase when placing the order as there might be additonal charges.
What should I do if I need to change the delivery address or reschedule a new delivery date frame?
Kindly whatsapp us at 9155 7142, call us at 6256 5138 at least 2 working days in advance and we will do our best to adhere to your request. Kindly note there might be an additional fee applicable if notice to us is given late.
Is international shipping available?
