Rates above apply to locations accessible by lift and without stairs.
Additional carrying charges may apply where stairs are involved. Please WhatsApp us a video showing the staircase from bottom to top so we can advise you accordingly.
RENTAL PROCEDURE
1. WhatsApp or call 9155 7142 and provide:
• Delivery address or postal code
• Preferred delivery date
• Expected rental duration
• Whether an air mattress is required — rental or purchase
• Whether there are stairs — please send us a video if applicable
2. We will check hospital bed availability and confirm the delivery arrangement.
3. Make payment by PayNow or bank transfer and WhatsApp us the payment screenshot.
4. The hospital bed will be delivered and set up on the confirmed date.
DELIVERY LEAD TIME
Delivery is usually within 1–3 working days.
Same-day delivery may also be possible for urgent cases, subject to stock and available delivery slots.
Where same-day delivery can be arranged, there is no additional urgent-delivery surcharge.
We understand that hospital bed requirements can arise suddenly, especially when a family member is being discharged from hospital. Contact us as early as possible and we will advise you on the earliest available delivery timing.

RENTAL EXTENSION
If you wish to extend the hospital bed rental, please WhatsApp, SMS or call us at least 3 working days before the rental due date.
Payment for the extension can be made by PayNow.
RETURN & DEPOSIT REFUND
If you wish to return the hospital bed, please contact us at least 3 working days before the due date so that collection can be arranged.
Late charges may apply for overdue rentals.
The refundable deposit will be returned via PayNow to the original mobile number by the 10th working day after collection, or earlier.
