  • Hold a valid Certificate of Medical Need.

If an order needs to be cancelled because the user does not meet the eligibility requirements, any costs already incurred in processing the order may need to be deducted from the refund. These may include applicable platform transaction, administrative, delivery, collection, registration or restocking charges.
