Same working weekday delivery may also be available for urgent requirements, subject to stock and delivery schedule.

A conventional lightweight wheelchair with large rear wheels, allowing the user to self-propel where appropriate.

Lightweight Elevating Orthopaedic Wheelchair
Suitable for users who need to keep the leg elevated in a more horizontal position, such as during certain stages of recovery.

COLLECTION & WHEELCHAIR DELIVERY
Self-Collection at IMM Jurong East
Rental wheelchairs can be collected directly from Easy Wheels at IMM Building, Jurong East, subject to availability.
Standard Delivery
Delivery can be arranged within approximately 2–4 working days to local residential addresses in Singapore.

Same working weekday delivery may be available for the above wheelchair types.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RENTAL WHEELCHAIRS
Our rental fleet consists of different wheelchair models. As individual units may vary, pictures of every rental wheelchair are not available.
We will always allocate the best available suitable unit first.
Rental wheelchairs are allocated on a first-rent, first-allocate basis. Advance reservation of a particular unit or wheelchair model is not available.

EXTENDING YOUR WHEELCHAIR RENTAL
Rental rates reset upon the due date. Continued use after the original rental period will be processed as a new rental at the applicable rental rate.
To extend your rental:
- Contact us by WhatsApp, SMS or phone at least 3 working days before the due date
- Make payment for the new rental period via PayNow
Rental extensions are subject to the applicable rates and availability.
RETURN & COLLECTION
If you do not require a rental extension, please contact us at least 3 working days before the due date to arrange collection.
Late fees may apply for overdue rentals or when less than 3 working days' notice is given.
Collection hours: Weekdays, 10am–6pm.
Selection of a specific collection time or narrower time range is not available, as transportation timing depends on traffic, weather and the day's delivery and collection schedule.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
After the wheelchair has been returned and checked, the deposit will be refunded via PayNow to the original mobile number.
The refund will be processed by the 10th working day after the wheelchair is returned, or earlier where possible.
